Sometimes. A re-roof (layover) costs less when code and the condition of your current roof allow it. If there are already too many layers or the decking is soft, a full tear off is the right call. We tell you which one fits after the inspection.

We strip the roof down to the decking, replace any bad wood we find, and install a complete new roof system. We finish with a final walk through and full cleanup.

Yes. When we tear off a roof and find soft or rotted wood, we replace it before the new roof goes on.

Yes. We repair cracked crowns and mortar, fix flashing leaks, install caps, clean chimneys, and rebuild chimneys from the roof line or from the ground up in brick or natural stone.

Tuckpointing means grinding out worn or crumbling mortar between bricks and filling it with fresh mortar. It stops water from getting in and keeps a chimney or brick wall solid for years longer.

Yes. We install gutter guards along with new seamless gutters or on your existing gutters, and we repair and clean gutters too.

Seamless gutters are formed on site to the exact length of your roof line, so there are far fewer seams to leak. We install 5 inch seamless gutters.

Vinyl siding, James Hardie fiber cement, and LP SmartSide engineered wood, plus soffit, fascia, and trim.

If someone you send us mentions your name and hires us, we pay you $100 for a gutter job or repair, or $250 for a full roof, full siding project, or chimney rebuild. There is no limit.

Leaks, missing or curling shingles, granules in the gutters, or a roof over 20 years old are all reasons to get it looked at. We inspect, show you photos, and recommend the least expensive fix that will actually last.
