Flat Roofing for Homes and Buildings
Flat roofs fail when water sits. We install and repair EPDM, TPO, and torch down systems built to shed water and handle Michigan freeze and thaw, on porches, additions, and full commercial roofs.
What We Offer
- EPDM Rubber
- A proven, flexible membrane that handles temperature swings well.
- TPO
- A bright white membrane that reflects heat and is a common choice for commercial roofs.
- Torch Down
- Modified bitumen layers heat sealed in place for a tough, watertight surface.
- Flat Roof Repairs
- Ponding, seam failures, flashing and penetrations. We find the source and fix it.
